Wedding package available for over 30 persons

Wedding package includes:
-Function room on the date of event for nine hours and latest until 12pm
-Set and staff
-White tablecloths and cloth napkins
-Table decorations; Candles, Sveitsi’s pine cones
-Two planning meetings with the hotel staff member
(max 1,5 h /meeting
-Decoration time according to agreement
-Free parking

Price of wedding package:
With one main course 66 €/person
With two main courses 76 €/person
4-11 years -50%, 0-3 years free of charge

Housewine starting 42€/bottle

In case of a wedding for over 60 persons Hotel Sveitsi offers the wedding couple Junior
suite (based on availability), bottle of sparkling wine and late check out on the next day

Extras:
-Extra hours of function space 80 €/h during day time and 250 €/h between 12am-4am
Please note that alcohol serving ends 30min before closing.
-Guarded cloakroom for extra charge 4 €/person (minimum charge 60 persons)
-If necessary: microphone, beamer, screen & sound system for backround music
-Led spot set (colour), also suitable outdoors 240€/6 spots. 2 sets available
-Band/performers
-Ordering flowers for you based on your wishes
-In case you wish to bring your own wedding cake, the payment will not settle through Hotel Sveitsi.
You can deliver the cake to our kitchen through a catering service. The menu price is then reduced by 4 € /person, including the VAT.
This way the price still covers the work of the waiting staff and the other related expenses.

Our function spaces have different sell limits.
If sales are under the minimum price set, we charge the remaining function space rental:
Ball room SALI (max 250 persons) 7000 €
Cabinet 6 (max 80 persons) 3000 €

The confirmation fee 1000 € is charged when the event is confirmed.
The amount will be deducted from the final bill and will not be refunded in case of cancellation

Please kindly inform the number of the participants two (2) weeks before the event. The billing is based on the confirmed amount or the actual amount
in case of additional participants.
We reserve the right to make changes.
